Kocaeli's padel offering is compact: TED Padel, based at the TED Kocaeli Koleji campus, serves the city's emerging community. Being wedged between Istanbul and the Sakarya padel scenes, Kocaeli players sometimes split their time between the local court and bigger clubs an hour west.
The local scene is small and school-anchored, which keeps it friendly and family-oriented. Rain and cold affect winter play here, so covered sessions are the thing to check before booking.
Because there is only one local court, coordinate with other players through the club rather than booking solo; group sessions fill quickly on winter weekends.
Padel has taken off in Turkey over the past few years. What began in a handful of Istanbul gyms is now a nationwide sport, with courts ranging from the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts to Anatolia's largest cities.
Below you'll find every city with listed padel courts. Start with the biggest scenes, Istanbul, Antalya and Izmir, or head for the holiday destinations where you can play between the beach and brunch: Belek, Cesme, Bodrum and Alanya.
